Service description
The Ownix builds complete startups and delivers them ready to operate through different acquisition models: direct purchase, equity share and ongoing support retainer. Specific details of each acquisition are agreed in a separate contract signed between the parties.
Permitted use
You may use the site to learn about our startups, acquisition models and to contact us. It is not permitted to use the site for illegal activities, sending spam, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, or replicating our content for commercial purposes without express permission.
Intellectual property
All content on the site —texts, designs, logos, code and visual materials— is the property of The Ownix or its licensors. The acquisition of a startup includes the transfer of the corresponding assets as agreed in the acquisition contract.
Territorial licenses
Some startups in the portfolio are sold under exclusive geographic licenses (country, regional or global). Specific terms for each license are detailed in the corresponding contract.
Limitation of liability
Information published on the site is informational in nature and may change without notice. We do not guarantee specific business results after acquiring a startup. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ownix will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the use of the site.
Applicable jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of The Ownix's main country of operation and, absent specific agreement, by the laws of the user's country of residence within Latin America. Disputes will be resolved preferably through direct negotiation and, failing that, before the competent courts at the user's domicile.
